Monthly open Zoom meetings for youth ages 13-24, providing discussion and community with peers in similar circumstances. This chat occurs on the last Tuesday of every month from 5-6 pm PT. Dates are subject to change around holidays.
On-demand workshops for youth offering an array of immersive experiences led by guest facilitators specializing in diverse creative techniques. These workshops redirect the brain’s circuits away from persistent pain loops toward pathways of creativity and healing.
Email-based on-demand module program for youth with a strong emphasis on the power of knowledge to support themselves while living with chronic pain.
A two-week Zoom experience in July for youth 13-18 with workshops and activities, CHYPchat community time, and connections with fellow campers with lived experiences.
