Parent CHYPchat: Monthly Support for Caregivers of Youth with Chronic Pain

Parent CHYPchats are free, monthly Zoom gatherings designed to support parents and caregivers of children, teens, and young adults living with chronic pain. Held on the first Friday of each month from 1-2 PM PT, these sessions provide a welcoming and understanding space to share experiences, seek advice, and connect with others navigating similar challenges.

Moderated by a therapist specializing in chronic pain disorders, Parent CHYPchats offer a unique opportunity to gain professional insights on parenting in these circumstances. Whether you’re looking for parenting strategies, self-care ideas, or simply a sense of community, these open discussions are here for you.

Parents can drop in anytime! In this special setting, there’s no need to explain the isolation and stress of supporting a child in medical and emotional distress because everyone understands. Together, we share strategies, offer support, and ensure parents and caregivers have the tools to stay healthy, supported, and resilient during this challenging journey.
