Globe of Light Breathing Practice

This is one of my favorite light practices. It’s very relaxing and should be done between 5 and 20 minutes and repeated as desired. It is safe and can be taught to your child in pain or to family members or friends. It can be done with the eyes closed or open, while sitting with the back straight, lying down, or standing.

Please don’t do the practice while driving.
