Up & Down Stress Reliever Breath
This is a simple yet effective practice for quickly clearing sensory overload and reducing stress. It’s helpful to do when you’re about to start a new activity.
Put your full attention on the up and down breaths. If you’d like, on the out-breath, you can let stress “drain away” through your feet into the Earth.
This is safe for both children and adults (make sure only to do the number of breaths specified in the practice). Enjoy!
