Chris has a background in finance but decided to pivot in order to focus on a career in sociological research. He got his BA from UC Berkeley where he wrote his thesis on the father’s and unique impact on the college enrollment decisions of sons relative to daughters. He now focuses on parental behaviors which are conducive to positive or negative outcomes in children’s lives. He loves his cat Charlie but he also loves dogs and going on hikes whenever possible. One of his passion projects at the moment is serving as editor and writer for a website focused on cultural and political issues.
