Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” is a relaxation technique rooted in yoga and meditation practices.

Here’s what to expect in our hour-long creative arts workshop:
  • Guided relaxation: immerse yourself in the world of deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, known to decrease stress & balance the nervous system
  • Mind/body connection: discover how connecting your mind & body can lead ti better pain management & overall well-being
  • Visualization: experience guided imagery that offers you a positive distraction from pain
  • Breath awareness: learn how conscious breathing techniques can contribute to relaxation & resilience
