Become part of the CHYP community by choosing a Sponsorship Package that aligns with your philanthropic goals. Your support is not just a donation; it is an investment in the lives of youth living with chronic pain and their parents or caregivers.

Our sponsorship packages are designed to cater to various levels of contribution. 

Friend ($1,000-$2,499) Your generous contribution at the Friend level will help support CHYP's weekly blog and video blog (vlog), which provides helpful information from experts in topics relevant to parents and caregivers of teens/young adults with pain. Friends are listed in the quarterly e-newsletter.

Partner ($2,500-$4,999) As a Partner supporter, your gift assists in funding CHYP's monthly webinars featuring expert speakers on topics related to chronic pain management, creative arts therapies, and more. Partners receive a social media media mention from CHYP and are listed in the quarterly e-newsletter.

Advocate ($5,000-$7,499) At the Advocate level, you help make CHYP's monthly creative healing workshops and showcase opportunities for youth artists possible. Advocates are listed on CHYP's website, receive a social media mention, and listed in the quarterly e-newsletter.

Champion ($7,500-$9,999) Champions help CHYP sustain monthly peer support groups connecting youth and parents with others on their journey with chronic illness. Givers at this level are recognized in CHYP's annual impact report, on CHYP’s website, social media mention, and quarterly e-newsletter.

Visionary ($10,000-$12,499) Gifts at the visionary level help fund CHYP's evidence-based educational initiatives, including Navigating Pain for Youth, Creating Bonds for Parents, and an ongoing Resource Library, empowering youth and parents with the knowledge to navigate chronic pain. Visionaries receive verbal thanks at our annual fundraising event, are mentioned in CHYP’s annual impact report, included on CHYP’s website, social media mention, and quarterly e-newsletter.

Innovator ($12,500-$14,999) Innovators support immersive healing experiences for teens through contributions dedicated to CHYP's virtual summer camp and other programs. Contributors at the Innovator level receive 2 complimentary tickets and verbal recognition at our annual fundraising event, mention in CHYP’s annual impact report, included on CHYP’s website, social media mention, and quarterly e-newsletter.

Philanthropist ($15,000+) At our highest level of giving, Philanthropists help launch new programs to meet the emerging needs of teens, young adults, and parents within our chronic illness community, including support of CHYP’s partnership with ArtThread and 24/7 access to Splash!, its online artmaking tool. Philanthropist benefits include top-line placements across all recognition opportunities included with other giving levels, as well as 4 complimentary tickets and heartfelt verbal thanks during our annual event.

Creative Healing for Youth in Pain reserves the right to use all contributions it receives for purposes, programs, initiatives, and expenses that are consistent with its tax-exempt mission and objectives, as well as applicable law.
