Dr. Sarah Greif is a post-doctoral clinical neuropsychology fellow who approaches neurological health holistically. She specializes in the neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation of children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with cognitive concerns.

Dr. Greif has extensive experience in neuropsychological evaluation across a variety of medical conditions and ages. She has provided both group and individual cognitive rehabilitative services to youth, adults, and older adults seeking to improve their quality of life. Her rehabilitative training is rooted in evidence-based cognitive-behavioral interventions with an emphasis on mindfulness practices.

Dr. Greif earned her Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Clinical and Health Psychology program in the lifespan neuropsychology track at the University of Florida (UF), where she specialized in acquired brain injury. She served as the inaugural lifespan neuropsychology pre-doctoral fellow at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Semel Institute for her internship.

At The Integrated Clinic, Dr. Greif provides cognitive rehabilitation, biofeedback, and neuropsychological assessment services across the lifespan.

Lev Gottlieb, PhD is a neuropsychologist and UCLA Assistant Clinical Professor. He assesses children, adolescents, and adults and coordinates their care. Dr. Gottlieb also co-founded and manages The Integrated Clinic which provides team-based assessment and care across the lifespan. Finally, he develops neurotechnologies such as Architex, a quick and accessible assessment of the brain and mind.

Additional endeavors include advising a specialized school, providing expert review and forensic testimony, editing a research topic on quantified self and brain health, guiding research related to neurocognition and neuromodulation, and serving on the Board of Directors for KEEN and Lumena.

Dr. Gottlieb earned his BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and PhD in Clinical Psychology from Northwestern University School of Medicine. He completed specialty training in Neuropsychology at Children’s Hospital of Chicago, NYU Child Study Center, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Kennedy Krieger Institute, The Help Group, and UCLA, where he continues to serve on the clinical faculty.

Dr. Gottlieb has extensive experience providing evaluations and treatment to those with neurodevelopmental differences and acquired brain injuries and has published and presented research on these conditions and their treatment, as well as on learning, memory, and talent.
