Have a few minutes to spare?

Here are a few simple breathing and vocal exercises you can do yourself or with your children to promote relaxation. Remember, it's more about the feel of the exercises than how they look or sound. And don’t worry about getting it perfect!

We can model this ease for our children, who often struggle with getting everything right. Taking low breaths into the belly can help slow the heart rate, lower blood pressure, and create an even exchange between oxygen intake and output of CO2. These exercises are short and hopefully sweet!
