The Box Breath

Directions:
- Sit up tall, close your eyes and go inside.
- Start by blowing out the stale air through your mouth.
- Through your nose, breathe in for a count of 4, then hold in for a count of 4.
- Breathe out for a count of 4, then hold out for a count of 4.
- Drop your shoulders as you exhale. Repeat 5-7 times.
- Do a comfortable count (about 1/second); use same speed of count for all phases of this “square” breath.
- Open your eyes and notice how you feel.
